The front desk is very friendly, he ask me , where I from , I said I am from Malaysia. He is from Nepal. And we talk and share where is nice in Hokkaido, he recommend me hill of buddha, lake shinkutsu

Great cozy place with amazing location! Walking distance to many touristic spots and restaurants/bars. Beds were comfortable and we could get clean towels! Staff were friendly and helpful!
