These days, it’s rare to find a hotel where the shower water comes out in such a trickle. Also, the layout and balance of the room’s furnishings and furniture are all over the place (a low bed, a tall but small table, no chairs—the storage box for the emergency ladder doubles as a table, etc.), making it so uncomfortable that I couldn’t help but wonder if it was designed by someone who’s never even stayed in a hotel before. I was foolish to jump at the deal just because it was cheap. The only saving grace was that check-in and check-out were handled by a robot.
