Beds are ok, rooms are waaaay too hot in winter and you have no ability to control the air condition as it’s centrally controlled. Some rooms have windows that can open, some don’t. Hotel claims to n

I am currently staying here, Oct 3-9. American that does not speak the language. Hotel staff, front desk does not speak English so communication is not good. I am here because my wife was hospitalized
