宣伝通りのサービスを提供する、まともなビジネスホテルです。客室は日本の基準からすれば適度な広さで、設備もまずまずです。他の宿泊客も指摘している通り、ベッドは柔らかめです。客室にはコーヒーメーカーが備わっています。朝食はビュッフェ形式です。
