The bed is 4 1/2 inch thick or should i say FLAT i would say never again. We liked our other apa in kyoto in the gino area but not osaka. Maybe it was just this place that was off.

The bed is really AWFUL. Why can't they place another mattress on top of the existing one or better yet place a thicker a more comfortable bed? On top of all that, there is construction going on durin

No control over the heat, it was only 24 degrees c if on or hopefully you are lucky and it's cold outside so you can open the window. Really terrible lumpy old pillows and mattress. Very clean but wor
