Staff are great, but the hotel isn’t. I stayed for a week in both the standard and "exclusive" rooms. Standard Room: Old, with carpet stains and mold on joints. You get drip coffee and a firm bed. "

Outstanding stay — truly the best of our entire Japan trip! We stayed on the executive floor, and the room was spacious, very comfortable, and well-appointed with high-quality coffee and tea, pleasant
