This was my first time staying here. It’s a shame I can’t give it more than a perfect score 😊 I stayed in a detached cottage, and right as I walked in, I found a set that let me grind and brew my own coffee beans! I was really surprised by this, but I gave it a try right away—and the coffee turned out absolutely delicious ☕𓈒𓏸︎︎︎︎ The room had its own indoor bath—a 24-hour flowing hot spring. “Is it really okay for me to have such a luxurious bath all to myself…?” I wondered, my heart pounding…

My wife, a friend, and I stayed here to celebrate my wife’s birthday. I learned about this place, “Zashiki-dōji,” on YouTube and had been wanting to stay here for a while. This time, we booked “Aoi,” a detached cottage. The indoor bath features a hot spring fed directly from the source; soaking in it warmed me to the core and left my skin feeling soft and refreshed—it was absolutely wonderful. The room was a traditional Japanese-style room and very comfortable, and the bed was plush, so I slept very soundly. The meals featured meat, fish, and local ingredients; the seasoning was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed them.
