I wondered where it was as I made my way there. It’s convenient because there’s a shopping mall nearby, but since it was located inside a complex where nothing else seemed to be open besides the inn, it had a quiet, secluded feel—the kind of place often described as a “lovers’ retreat.” The room, which made generous use of wood, was lovely in some ways, but the bed was hard—so I had mixed feelings. Breakfast was included, but they served a bento box that looked more like a lunch box, which left me a bit confused about the hotel’s concept.

August 2025 Since I’m not the type to pack light, it was a huge help that the parking lot was right next to my room. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the scent of wood. I grew up surrounded by trees, but I was moved to realize just how soothing the scent of wood can be. I also really appreciated the fluffy futon. Thank you so much for your wonderful thoughtfulness.

It was nice that there was an open-air bath, but depending on your cell phone carrier, you might not get a signal. I had service with au. I tested the Wi-Fi speed, and it was a shame that it was so slow. I’ve never seen a speed as low as 2 Mbps before. Since I usually get 400–700 Mbps at home, I almost felt it would be better not to use the Wi-Fi here. It’s slower than a pocket Wi-Fi. Also, the futons are thin, so if you’re prone to back pain, you’ll need to add more futons when you sleep—otherwise, your whole body will ache. The open-air bath is over 50 degrees Celsius.
