It's been awhile since I've been to Japan and I took a chance on this hotel knowing nothing. I am happy I choose APA Machida. 5 min walk to Machida station gives me access to thr surrounding areas! 5

Good location. The staff are very polite and helpful. It is clearly an older hotel but it's well kept and very clear. My only gripe is that the pillows are thin and firmer than I am used to.

The hotel as a whole was clean and the staff were very helpful. Always happy to help and supply information. The room was spacious and well equipped with a good TV, wifi access and a lovely soft bed,
